Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your shopping experience with us. If something doesn't work you may return the item.


To return an item please email us at: within 5 days of receipt for further instructions. 

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • Items must have all tags attached
  • Items will be returned at the customer’s expense
  • Proof of postage must be emailed to us 

It can take up to 14 business days for your parcel to reach our warehouse. Once we receive it in its original condition, we’ll issue your refund. Returns must be shipped to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! All goods are thoroughly inspected on return.

Returned items should include tags and any packaging that came with it. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

We reserve the right not to credit you if you returned items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
